Alyssa and Vanity at the Eads Pkwy Lawrenceburg, Indiana store were terrific. They Answered all of my questions and explained the different offers in detail (free phone!) Alyssa also fixed a few minor monthly fees I had been paying for & removed them as they were no longer necessary with my upgraded phone.

Vanity made the transfer experience so easy, answered all of my questions, and she was very helpful. Also, she was very pleasant and patient. She's great at what she does. Very pleased with the overall experience that Vanity provided.
