I called in the reservation and was told I would be given a roll away bed and that was included in the total. When I checked in I was told it wasn’t added and that it was an additional $40. The lady was nice and tried calling the manager but couldn’t get ahold of them. Ended up giving us extra blankets for my kids to sleep on the floor. The room we were in was also very dated and had multiple issues. The faucets for the tub were loose and moved around like it was broken. It was difficult to turn on and off. One wall lamp didn’t work and was partially off the wall. The freezer in the mini fridge was gross. The breakfast was ok, but there were no napkins I was told they were out and didn’t have any. I don’t think it was worth the money at all.

If you are looking to come here and swim, make sure to call the hotel and ask if their pool heater is fixed yet before you book. This was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel because it was close, and my kids love to swim. We were disappointed to learn the indoor pool would be freezing. Not only was the water freezing, but the indoor pool area was freezing. The breakfast options were ok, but the food was barely warm even coming out of the warming tray.

It began with a lost reservation.
I asked several times when I made the reservation about the pool. We had come to this location the previous year and the pool was closed. They assured me the pool would be open. When we got there the pool was "closed for repairs"
When I asked about accommodating us for no pool, they kept saying sense I went through a third party like Expedia there was nothing they could do. We had added 2 more rooms the previous week to total 8 rooms. The extra 2 rooms were not in their system. We I reminded them that because the reservation had been dropped on their end we would be paying for 2 room at that time and they could adjust those rooms they quickly changed their story and the "manager was not on duty"
"There is nothing we can do"
When I ask when the manager would be available, she told me that the manager would be in, in the morning.
We paid full price on the 2 extra rooms and said I'd like to speak to the manager in the morning.
In the morning, we went down to the breakfast area and there was VERY little food out.
Like, ALL the muffins & biscuits were gone.
There was a spoon full of eggs left and maybe 2 spoons of gravy.
When I went to the desk to ask about the food Cammy was very short and rude. She said she didn't have time because she had to worry about the cleaning crew. I said, "no worries, who can I talk to about the food situation" she said that would be me sir and I'll do what I can do but I'm real busy.
I watched her sit at that desk for 45 minutes and never get up. We were trying to be patient.
I went back up do ask if they were still shutting down the breakfast at 9:00 even though there had been no food from 8:00 to 8:45 and we had been waiting patiently. She was VERY SNIPPY and wanted to make it VERY clear the breakfast would close at 9:00 and EVEN if she had time, it would take more than 15 minutes for the ovens to warm up...
I bit my tongue and asked for the manager...
Guess what they were not there...
I walked outside and called the 800 number.
They assured me someone would reach out to me and seemed shocked. They did "disclaim" that each hotel is locally owned...
Well, it’s been 10 day and NO ONE has reached out to me.
We rented 6 rooms last year and 8 this year and would have probably been back next year. but OBVIOSLY this management does not want our business.
Pools beak
Computers glitch
Staff have bad moments
but MANAGEMENT HAVE TO MANAGE

Do not stay here if you want to sleep. Had to call front desk twice because of loud party rooms next to us. We could smell weed but they said they didn’t smell anything which was bs. Finally went to sleep 2:30am. Will never stay here again. Sucks
Surprising rooms were clean just really old.

Staff members were kind enough to return my mom's forgotten 2 rings. I was planning to swim, but the pool water was kinda cold. Overall, it was nice.

My sister and I attempted to stay at this hotel while we were in town for a show at the event center. The TV did not work, and this hotel does not offer a shuttle as it advertises, and shortly after returning to our room after the show, we seen several nymph roaches (baby roaches) on the night stand and in the bathroom. We immediately checked out and left. I Do not recommend this place and if you don't want to take home pests, don't stay here.
Noteworthy details: Has bugs, roaches specifically

It's a decent place to say I love Baymont inn they have affordable Jacuzzi rooms which I really like this place is just bought so there's some upkeep that needs to be done and everything but that's to be expected when you just buy a motel the staff is amazing so friendly and the rooms are affordable however the extra $30.00 for an early check-in is super bogus especially when you have the room open to begin with so it's not like you have to go in there and clean it quick orange shuffle someone hours before somebody gets there but such is the world we live in. Is there some unspoken standard where when you run to motel room it's only for 15 hours you don't get an actual 24 hours in the room but then again such as life I get points I like to say at the Baymont because the jacuzzi suites are less than $150 a night

It is aging but generally good staff interested in delivering good service towards a pleasant stay. I'd stay there again given the choices throughout the region- best bang for the buck.

There was no heat as advertised in the pool. The key to my 3rd floor room did not work. I had to go all the way back down with all my luggage and was assigned a different room. Upon entering the room there was a laminated paper on the bed that said because of COVID that I had to go back to the desk and get a coffee pot and coffee. The hallways and stairs were dirty. The room was clean but had a foul smell. I was so tired at that point that I just went to sleep.
