Night employee Sun. 6/1 moves like a snail. Couldn't get him to wait on me for something behind counter. No receipt paper in pump for other transaction. No toweling or washer wand at my pump. No toweling at most of pumps, because I looked. Bathrooms were beyond atrocious and had to clean with bacterial wipes before using. What is it about State route 50 and convenience store restrooms. Pay in area or lack of training?
I just joined this year and the costs of in store items high. Not feeling the valued customer vibe.

I go in to use the restroom in the smell of urine and feces is so strong I decided to hold it. Somehow I still had an appetite and I got a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. I took a bite of the sandwich to realize it was completely frozen in the middle coffee taste like the grounds haven't been changed in several hours. Honestly, I want my freaking money back. That was horrible at the very least clean your restroom. That's disgusting.

Check the expiration dates in here sometime. They literally have loaves of wheat bread on the shelf dated May. And it's August right now. And it's not just a random fluke, I checked a few times over the couple weeks and it's still several May dated loaves of bread every time. They probably buy everything wholesale real cheap short dated or at expiration, to make money. Do not trust this place with the food items. I told an employee there maybe 3 weeks ago, went back a few times since and they still have the May expiration bread out there. So that lets you know it's intentional, not by accident.

Disgustingly filthy bathrooms. Men and Women's both. Did have the washer fluid filled at the pumps hence the 3 star not a 2.

Forced to use self checkout. Attendant complained when I did it wrong. Prices here were the highest I experienced in my 16 hour trip. Do not recommend this place or any gas station with self checkouts. Will never be back.

Sign on door said “closed temporarily, cleaning bathrooms” - as if it’s an entirely separate part of the building. Hire more people - this is on management if this is the case ?

I've read some of the reviews and personally, I've had a good experience in the 4 years I've lived near this gas station. Everyone's been polite but I don't expect hand holding and door greeting. Most of the complaints are just plain petty. This is a gas station, folks, not a 5 star resort. You want someone to coddle you, call your mom. Technology isn't fool-proof- card readers break. Stores run out of things- deliveries aren't always on time. The people who work here have enough to do without being expected to clean up after you in the bathroom or otherwise, so act like an adult and don't contribute to creating the nastiness you're so quick to gripe about.

Hate. Like HATE self checkout there. Plenty of cashiers, I don't work there, so why do I have to ring up my own items, when there's literally 4 cashiers behind the counter that have to help you anyways, because the self checkout kiosk messes up constantly.
