This is not specifically for the Lawrenceburg. Location, this is for CVS itself, since when do we have to leave a voicemail to talk to the pharmacist? This is a bunch of bs, and it is causing me to move my prescriptions. I want to talk to a person, not a machine. I don't want somebody to call me back later. Because I'll be busy. CVS what happened to customer service? I HATE this process!!!

Extremely rude pharmacy technician. Dismissive and not helpful. She had an accent but I didn't catch her name. She was unpleasant from the moment I picked up the phone.

I do not leave reviews for very many places but I have been wanting to leave one for this CVS, my CVS, for a while now.
These ladies that work at this location are beyond wonderful in so many ways. I have been going to this location for about 3 years now and I will not have my medicines filled any where else. I won’t go into a lot of details but I will tell you that these ladies have been so good to me and have worked with me even though I do not have insurance. They have always found a way to help me afford my medication during times when I wasn’t as blessed as I am now. They have never judged me, nor have they ever not make me feel welcome even though I was a nervous wreck trying to figure out how to make what money I didn’t have pay for the medicines I had to have.
I know that people get frustrated more than ever these days. I have seen it with my own eyes people picking up prescriptions and losing their minds over things that are not the ladies fault. Whatever the issue, it doesn’t matter because they don’t deserve to be screamed at, or berated because your doctor didn’t call your meds in, or insurance won’t pay for it. Or, you can’t refill your medication that requires an ID 5 days early.
We come to the counter, or thru the drive thru and only spend a few minutes out of our day so we don’t see all the hard work, dedication, and how much they do care. We don’t get to see all the work behind the scenes of the staff going above and beyond for people that they don’t know, but they do it all the time. I know this because they do that for me and I am an uninsured nobody.
We forget sometimes that not only are they overwhelmed, they also deal with more red tape in one day than most of us deal with in a lifetime. They deal with people, doctors offices, insurance companies, drive thru, and top that off with rude people who don’t have anything else better to do than blame them for things out of their control.
I think the world of these ladies and I just wanted to let them know that they do make a difference, and they all touch lives, and I thank you ladies:)

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. I sent a request to get my insulin refilled. They said they needed insurance approval before they could refill it, ok I understand that. 5 days later they send me a text that it's ready and I must pick it up that day. ARE YOU FOR REAL. The pharmacy is 30 miles away but yes I dropped everything and went to pick it up. The pharmacist was VERY Rude at the drive thru. I get home 60 mile round trip, open up my prescriptions and they give me the wrong insulin. These are cartridges with no way to inject them. I called CVS and was told to come back the next day for the correct prescription...... Lucky to get a 1 star rating

VERY slow! It can take 2-3 days for a prescription refill and their only response is they are busy.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. The staff is rude and unhelpful, they are consistently out of medications that are very common. One time filled my prescription under my sons name. Also received an antibiotic that was not mixed. They just gave me a jar of powdered medicine. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Overcharged ($40 vs $21) AND had already paid online. End result is awful as well as the print quality is like a home printer and the material is cracked and bent. These items aren't giftable...they are garbage.

Grace Loyola appears to hate her job or her life in general. It's like she wants you to match her brick wall energy, so I've started doing that. She also pulls the pharmacy gates down below the top of the store aisles before closing time, so if you walk in the store, it appears the pharmacy is closed before they actually are.

I purchased an item and the box was empty. The manager was very rude. I called the Police Department and filed a report. They showed up and the cameras can't be checked until someone has access to them. I opened the product in the parking lot when I stepped outside the door and there was no product and I paid $11 dollars for an empty box. I don't appreciate being disrespected and called a thief. I hope I get the product replaced when better customer service is available.

Trust their customers and not disrespect them. I purchased and empty box and had to make a Police report. Hopefully the store manager can replace the medication Sunday. But the product was needed today and I paid $11 for an empty box the manager was very rude and disrespectful. I shouldn't of had to call Law Enforcement. That's ridiculous and I don't appreciate the way I was treated.
