Definitely not worth the convenience. The location lacked multiple allergy friendly food options and had limited personal care items compared to nearby locations, such as Hebron. The employees were unprofessional and untrained. The man who bagged our groceries put chips at the bottom of different body washes and the attendant outside gave me a nasty glare as I put my groceries away. The whole environment felt melancholic and disgusting. In no way was the store clean, which should be a minimum standard. I also wasn't carded for my alcohol, which I know is a major red flag as that is very important Kroger policy. Additionally, many Kroger coupons are not accepted. I should've just drove to Florence or Hebron.

Why are vendors like Cavalier Distributors (alcohol distributor liquor store located in front of your store)Allowed to park on the sidewalk in front of the doors at Lawrenceburg. Customers have to walk in traffic to get around them. That is dangerous. We were there on 1/26/2022. The driver was very rude and laughing because we said we didn't like it. You have families with small children or special needs people walking in the street while the sidewalk is blocked. I thought vendors were supposed to come in from the back of the store. I worked in grocery store 10 years our vendors had to come in from the back or park in a regular parking spot. I doubt anything will be done about this. We called the store 3 times to talk to the store manager never got to speak to one, kept getting excuses. Krogers is getting almost as bad as Walmart. I'm so sick of the stores not caring about the customers anymore. That is why I do as much as I can mail-order. Very disappointed in Kroger allowing this.

So over this horribly run Kroger. Always something... out of bags one day, putting milk in defective unglued bags and saying it will work, now all of a sudden they refuse to give change when you pay with cash! I could "donate" my change or they put it as a credit on my plus card (a thinly veiled way to keep a customer coming back in to use up his credit). They blame Covid.... LAME... Lowes next door can find change, McDonald's in the parking lot can find change... apparently everybody everywhere can find change but Kroger. I'm going to start going to Meijer on my way home from work from now on.

Spent 2 days trying to get through to the bakery. Finally someone in HR took my call and personally walked it down. I get a return call from someone who, instead of listening to my order for a GRADUATION cake, spent the entire time yawning, talking about how they just got there, had no idea what was going on, and didn't care. I get the cake ordered 2 days early. I get there on the allotted day and time of pickup. I stood there for over 40 minutes before someone finally came over and got an attitude with me because I was standing there waiting, and went on and on about how it was every one else's fault, especially the phone, that they couldn't do their job. Then, instead of asking the order name, proceeded to grill me on what size, shape, colors and writing was on the cake. I get said cake, which was a VERY small cake, GLUED into a very LARGE box, that had been squished. The cake was not what I ordered, and when I said something, I was told to either take it or leave it. The flower was smeared all over the place, the writing was all across the bottom, leaving the center bare, and the writing was so smeared you couldn't even read it. I asked for another scroll as a keepsake for the grad, and I was told that I would have to wait. SEVERAL minutes later, they threw a plastic cap at me and told me that that was all I was getting. When I got the VERY disappointing-to-the-hopeful-and-excited-grad "cake" home, it was very apparent that they had made it when ordered 2 days prior as the whipped topping had already congealed and hardened, and the cake itself underneath was slimy. Not only was it not what I ordered, but it was visually disappointing and absolutely disgusting to eat. I NEVER go to Kroger except to the bakery. This is the second time in a row that I experienced rudeness, laziness, blame-game, sarcasm, a BAD product, and was told to just "deal with it". I will NEVER go back - it's just not worth going out of my way over and over for LACK of product and service. To the God-Awful staff at the Lawrenceburg Kroger Bakery-----"Deal with that".

one register open. The long line split into two lines at the rows of shelving. Every cart overflowing and no express lane open. All self checkouts (which i never use) were full with 5 people standing in line there. I spoke with a manager and he did nothing. He apparently would rather sit upstairs than run a register.

I am so over this location, Clicklist orders messed up on multiple occasions and the Clicklist department could seem to care less. I tried calling today to get a hold of the bakery because the website is down (shocker) and I was on hold for over 10 minutes and never spoke to ANYONE. That's ridiculous... thanks for the GREAT customer service... I understand that this pandemic is leaving everyone more stressed but this is ridiculous.

A little disappointed that I specifically went to Kroger’s and not another grocery to be able to get the extra fuel points with the online survey. Been doing it for years. Today, for the first time, there was no survey info on my receipt. Called the store and was told the surveys are on random receipts. Might rethink not going to a different store

Eh. We don't have Kroger stores back in FL so had to go inside one for the first time and reminds me so much of Winn Dixie. This store location looked nice from the outside and is huge but in reality once you enter its sort of messy and unless you have the Kroger card you don't get the discount advertisement of price. Which is fine because I'm only in town a few days and really only needed to stop here for a few items for snacks during my stay. Did find Planters Cheese Balls -- haven't seen these since I was younger!!! Reminds me of being little. So of course I had to get some. I also love Campbell's soup tomato basil. And trey had the mini ones which I've never seen back home either. Perfect portions.

I used Kroger clicklist today. A young man named Brayden helped me out. He was the absolute sweetest most polite young man! Yes ma'am no ma'am wouldn't let me lift a finger. Definitely recommend this service!!!
