  Ground beef is pale pink/ brownish in store. Bought some and froze it the same day. Turned all the way brown before it was unfrozen. Went yesterday and beef is still the same. Especially the private selection brand

  Trying to get through to the bakery department is a joke. Was hung up on twice and the third call I was asked to call back in 15 minutes. Put on hold too many times...I gave up. What ever happened to customer service?

  The meat and produce seem better and fresher here than other stores. I like that the store brand is good quality and easier on the budget

  Pickup employee was very rude. Showed up early for my pickup so it was reasonable that it wasn’t done. She was rude telling us it wasn’t done and told us to call back in a half hour. We called back in a half hour she answered the phone and said it’s not ready yet without letting us say anything or introducing the store or herself. We asked another lady that was outside and she said it was already done.

  The concern I have is that the produce is the worst of any grocery store I've ever shopped at. Frequently it goes bad within a day or two. Numerous times I have had to throw it out due to it being moldy or slimy. I only gave it 2 stars because other than the produce, this store is ok - not great, but just ok.
  I have shopped Kroger stores in numerous locations and have always been satisfied except for the Lawrenceburg location.

  Such a poor experience at the self checkout the assistant John was snippy and pushy it reminded me why I go to other stores

  The store is a mess. The stockers are just shoving merchandise wherever and not where it belongs. Seems like management needs to pay more attention to what is going on.

  Fresh for everyone is their slogan. Hows a can of botulism sound kids! At least its on the clearance shelf you can get sick for 30 cents off 🤣

  Love it when the employees hit your Jeep door and then confront the GM Mike Brown about it. Even the employee admitted he did. Told Brown to make it right, his words were he sent in photos and report about it. It’s been well over 2 months nothing has done about it.
  
  Revisited Mr Brown 2x asking on some updates about the incident and said he thought he sent it in. Emailed the headquarters and Mrs Mickisha literally said,
  
  Thanks for reaching out. I'm Mickisha.
  
  I sincerely apologize for the incident that happened to you in store, however due to policy we can only advise you to go in store and speak with someone.
  
  Thanks guys for the runaround and not making this right. I’m just disappointed because I’ve always shopped at your store more than Walmart.

  The cashier was nice, but the product more expensive then anywhere else I have ever been in. Kroger by home has better quality and not every lane is block where people either had to wait or get upset. It also be nice if the cashiers are doing a great job a tip wouldn't hurt since you all are pushing self check out since you won't hire employees. I won't be stopping by this kroger and any kroger for a good long time.

  They're always out of stuff, and they never have any carts. Never. They should get new management and get all new employees except for 2 good workers in the entire store.

  If you knew how to stock shelves you'd have products someone wants I've been to 2 different krogers and both have no mt dew zero but about 20000 bottles of mt dew
