Only giving two stars because the cashier was nice. This store isn't what it was a year or so ago . I won't even donate anything anymore..I'll be donating to the thrift store in Aurora

Don’t waste your time. I used to spend so much money here. Complete waste of time to go anymore. Their prices are astronomical. They’ve recently hired new staff in the back room who look every item up and mark up anything “nice.” Used blown out spots bra for $7.99 just bc it’s Nike. Used stained Carhartt t shirt for $10 bc it is carhartt. I’ll donate and shop elsewhere. I was helping goodwill by spending hundreds there, not anymore. And I know several others who are over this location. Don’t waste your time or support this greedy company. Google the CEOs salary and see who is really benefiting from their pricing. They always comment back on these reviews and go on a rant about what they use the money for. But if you keep upping your pricing your income is going to go down. Be affordable and you’d sell WAY MORE. A pack of batteries was prices at 20.99 last time I went. I could go on and on about how horrible this goodwill is. They also cannot keep staff members. Hot garbage!! And after their insane pricing they have the nerve to ask everyone to round up. Why aren’t they using their astronomical price mark ups for that? Old navy is constantly 50% off…trust when I say the clothing is way cheaper at many retailers. The wares are a joke. All I here is people complaining about the prices. The employees in the back act is if the money they’re earning is going into their own pockets. They get the stuff for free.

This Goodwill has went downhill so bad! The prices are absolutely disgusting & the things they are trying to sell used wouldn't even sell for their prices brand new. The store was dirty & badly disorganized. Don't waste your time at this one unless they do a major change.

This is a beautifully organized and clean goodwill. I will say they do take in higher quality items, but to charge so much for secondhand items is downright ridiculous. This is a goodwill. For example, all clothes items are at least like $5.99 minimum. Some items still had their original price tag and it was less than what this goodwill wanted for them.

Staff was nice and the store itself was clean but the prices felt insane for thrifted items. I cannot wrap my head around charging $8 for a used top that doesn’t even look new. They had target items from the dollar bin marked at $2 there. Feels very much like greed for thrifted items and other thrift stores are not priced this way. I go to many in the tristate and Goodwills are by far the most outrageously priced.

You never know. I have found some great finds. Jeans perfect that would be $60 for 5-6 dollars. I bought 5 dresses for a 7 yr under $20. Clothes with tags on them.

Prices way to high, 7.99 for a kids no name brand jacket?? You can go to Walmart and buy one new for not much more.

Prices are higher than average for goodwill. Very disappointed. These are donated items, meant to be affordable for people. The sewer smell of the factory nearby isn't a highlight either.

A decent thrift store, unfortunately the employee girl with brown hair was a little snarky when opening the dressing room, management should revise the employees the customers come in contact with here.
