Nice store, extremely friendly staff, including Michael and Dan in Lumber and Andrew in customer service!
Problem... Lowe's advertises they support Veterans, and they give Veteran discounts, but have recently changed their policies to not allowing Veteran discounts on lumber or appliances. This saddens me as our Veterans paid a HUGE price for our freedoms regardless of how long or how short they served. This why I give a 3 star. Disappointing.

We came here to buy a smoker and also to return some items, we couldn't return one item due to some reason, but no worries. Customer service was really friendly, helpful, and also patient when it came time to deciding which smoker we wanted. Would recommend!

We purchased a refrigerator from this lowes and it was for my mom. She agreed to wait 8 days on the delivery so we moved her old fridge to the garage which was no easy task only to get not a call but a email saying her order was canceled . That's just bad business, once the money was paid and a delivery date was promised that should have secured the item for her. This was a huge inconvenience. And after she paid for the refrigerator it went on sale . I feel like these jerks should have made it right and either reserved the item she paid for or gave her another refrigerator that was in stock. Mom is 76 and this has been a huge inconvenience for her. Lowes does bad business by selling the items out from under paying customers. BUYER BEWARE

It's a big box hardware store what don't you know about Lowes that I can tell you? It's similar to home depot, builders square, etc.

Do not support this location. They treat their employees like garbage. Fired my child because he took off for high school sports and graduation.When he applied they agreed to work around his school schedule but then threatened him weekly that he was going to be fired if he kept requesting off for school.

Maybe i'm the unlucky one where nothing ever works out for me.
Stove, came, they connected it all up And it would not work, it was a whirlpool. Fridge comes out of the box. Handles are uneven doors uneven. I spent all week prepping my home in preparing for the stove and refrigerator delivery that turned out to be a complete and utter fiasco.
Now they're gonna have to come back tomorrow or the next day. And we can go through all of this mess and moving things out of frigerators all over again. Thanks so much for the extreme disappointment. And I'll never purchase anything from lowe's ever again.
