I liked the one managing. He seemed to take an interest in wanting to do a good job. But while he was playing salesperson they didn't reset my oil system guide on panel. And didn't check air in my tires. When they showed me the oil was full on the stick, the oil was solid black which I found weird. They said I was a quart low when I pulled in and explained that that is what made my oil black.

I pulled in for an oil change. I was immediately taken care of and was made comfortable. My granddaughter and I were able to sit in the car until the job was done. They were kind enough to check all of my fluids and my air filter. My air filter must never have been changed because it was filthy. They changed the oil and the air filter for me.. The price was what I expected, and the whole process didn’t take long at all. I will definitely use them for my next oil change, thank you..

Manager was kind. Fast service however I felt bombarded with the sales pitch. Air filter, coolant flush, rear differential, windshield wipers etc It's too much. Felt harassed. I won't go back just for that reason. I just want an oil change not a barrage of problems w my car and salesperson pitch.

The gentleman at Take 5 were incredible! Great service and above and beyond expectations when they found mouse bedding in the engine of my father in laws vehicle. They deserve a healthy raise.

Too pushy - they try to get you to purchase additional items - showed me antifreeze test - said it needed flushed and told me how unsafe it was to drive without doing it- after I told him and he saw where they flushed it at last oil change (over $100 extra) said it was probably a faulty test and all should be fine - co-worker got same oil change the day before -- we compared numbers on receipts didn't charge for an oil filter plus her oil alone was Over $20 cheaper and we both had same coupon - won't be back - changing oil places!
