Not friendly customer service by both cashier and I assume the manager. Instead of greeting me when I was there tonight, the first thing I was greeted with was “read the sign” since they saw I had a lottery ticket in my hand, I was planning on buying additional items, gas but that won’t be happening anytime soon.

Amber is very rude and treats her people awful!!!! Chad was wonderful they lost a very good person. Shell will be shut down with the rudeness of the manager

Salina (a worker) is clearly on drugs. Can’t keep her eyes open or even type in a birthdate for five min for cigarettes. She can barely speak if you can make any sense of what she is saying.

Only 2 out of 6 pumps are currently functioning... this has been a consistent problem with this gas station.

Service is horrible. Stood at check out for 10 minutes and still no employee. Half of the gas pumps are always broke. Its a shame.

We buy $40-80 in gas everyday from this gas station and last night we bought gas 25 in the gas tank of the truck and the rest was used to fill up gas cans. First the truck started dying then the generator ( what we got the gas for ) then my husband put the rest in my truck and it made my truck start dying. So now we have to fix motors and I called the gas station. The manager told me that there wasn’t anything she could do and told me to call cooperate. I told her I would bring the gas up for a test. She just basically told me they couldn’t help and that I’m no way would they give us new gas or money back or anything.. I am use to businesses making good on products that fail. I was very disappointed in this establishment. We are a small town and small towns just do not do business this way!!! I will take my $40-80 dollars a day to another place that does business better than this.
