I don't know who owner is, but for 3 months they've had now leasing out front. My sister has been calling and calling, no one will return her calls. I noticed on the reviews the owner only responds to good reviews and nothing on bad reviews.I'm trying to get my sister close to me so I can help take care of her and this was the closest place that said renting.Looks like they could use a new manager.

I’m only giving this review for the old place.I remember when it used to be called deer run apartments and the landlord, Bonnie was so sweet!This place was ran well till a new landlord came in and the place got remodeled, we were forced to move out!

This is going on my second year living here and I just love it!! Management makes you feel at home! If you have any problems, you reach out to them, it's like being a part of a family. Cozy living, with a peaceful setting, love my place to live!!

I loved living at Summit Pointe. Brenda, the apartment manager, was always so nice and understanding. The price is excellent for the quality and sq. feet. Whenever there was an issue the staff responded with urgency. Definitely a great place with outstanding employees and wonderful units.

This is a beautiful place to live. Very nice apartments, grounds, and management staff. Also, they are pretty friendly.
