If the older short haired lady checking people out would be more concerned with service to costumers instead of who stands behind trump as it's apparent she does not like trump . It would be better check out service insted of listening to her personal self. Check out is terrible .

Website say they will exchange welding gas & oxygen at your local store , not at all true ! Lawrenceburg Indiana store does not......I have to go to a not so local store to exchange them ! Very inconvenient!

Experienced rude customer service when I called to ask what their policy was on handling a chick that died in less than 24 hours of buying it. Rural King will at least give you a replacement if one doesn’t make it passed a few days. I’ll only be shopping with them from now on for any needs regarding chickens.

I bought a chick from here and it died within 24 hours of purchasing it. Any place else will replace them up to a few days but they claim that they know they are healthy and separate ones that are “sick” and can’t do a replacement. This makes no sense considering we bought 8 and only one of them didn’t make it. Perhaps they missed a sick one, I’m not sure. One thing I do know though is I will only be purchasing from Rural King for now on. They’ll at least give you a three or so days to make sure everything is fine and replace any that happen to die.
