Awesome, awesome location with the best customer service! Yesterday I brought in 46 boxes (yes, 46!) that I needed to ship to different US locations. Abby, Jodi, and team were so helpful and patient with me. For over an hour Abby processed the address for each box (even had to Google some addresses to confirm), printed the receipt, and placed the label on the box. They offered me a cart to help unload my car. I can’t say enough great things about this crew and location! Thank you! Will definitely use them again!

They gave me a box 2x bigger than needed costing over $20.00. I could fit 2 of the item I needed shipped in the box they gave me. The one woman was rude and not helpful at all.

I took package to overnight on a Thursday. Package didn’t get delivered till Monday. I was told by corporate that store needed to file refund. Not very happy with service.

I was told to drop off a large crated package at this location for a return. Went there and they refused it. They refuse to take anything 120lbs or over. For personal reasons NOT IN THEIR ACTUAL POLICY!!!! They told me to take it back home and schedule a pick up and gave me the 800 number. Never heard of a UPS store doing this to anyone before. I have to put a one-star in order to post this review but they actually get zero stars from me!!!!!!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Infact thyw handled a very rude, and biligernt customer today with great profession and still remained friendly to her despite her terrible behavior. I heard the entire ordeal and she was not on the right.
I have no clue how to fax myself, and I am grateful they were there to do it for me. They've always been helpful with my Amazon returns too!!
I hope the managers see this and reward their people

The girl with the brown hair and glasses there was very rude to me for no reason. I just had a simple return and she acted like I was a bother. Didn’t greet me, I said thank you, and she just ignored me and walked away. No customer service skills what so ever. Very rude staff.

Jodie, at UPS STORE on Industrial Drive in Lawrenceburg went above and beyond to help me get my Temu returned. She was SO HELPFUL and friendly while assisting me ,( a tech moron) navigate the TEMU app on my phone to pull up the scan code required for me to make this return!!!
