I have been with Verizon for years. Everyone who has helped me has been great but Gabriel went above and beyond. He talks to you genuinely and is extremely patient. I definitely will be going back to him in the future.

Worked with myself and my mom to get her a new phone for her birthday. Made switching from another carrier really easy and found us a great deal. Also the service rep was very patient despite the store getting busy with people waiting.

Don't go to this store just advised that we have to get doubled billed for purchasing phones at this store. So besides paying the private owners fees you have to pay verizon fees and taxes. I will not go back to any verizon store!!!!

I came into the store twice last month and both times Kyle Smith helped me. He was patient and kind under both circumstances. The second time he sat with me for 90 min helping me figure out the best way to lower my bill and get my son a new phone that he had broken. He definitely went above and beyond and I was greatly appreciative!
