“This is a nice place to live. Living in a 2bed 2 bath 1 car garage for 2 years now. Duplex's off of 250 North has a neighborhood feel. The price for the duplex's are cheaper than anywhere else for a regular apartment. The bugs are a problem as I've had multiple centipedes, spiders, pill bugs, etc. The management team is not responsible for pests unless its considered an infestation.”
“Under New Management so far the best management that we have had I've been here 3 years. She very friendly always smiles. She's firm but fair if you have any problems she will take care of them. Usually just ask her one time she fixes things. She's doing a very good job fixing this place up.”

“Moved here in December, and couldn't be happier. The rent is reasonable for what you get, I moved here from Kansas City and trust me for the prices they charge here, you will get section 8 living in KC. Place is clean and Penny was awesome with our moving process!”
