Aurora Parts is a busy, well-organized business with quick unloading, usually within 15 minutes. Receiving is at the back near door 12, and staff are friendly and helpful. Deliveries to Kohler go to the front docks facing Enterprise, not the back. Overnight parking was previously allowed but is no longer permitted. The location is accessible, with a nearby Flying J for parking. Overall, it’s a nice place with efficient service and good staff.
I was 30 minutes early for my appointment and they got me unloaded right away. Receiving is all the way around to the back as far as you can go.
