“I have trusted Deakins for service on both work and personal vehicles. They are friendly, professional, and not pushy to make a sale. I appreciated times where Jessica or Jimmy talked through the situation, answered questions, and offered advice so I can make an informed decision. Their text/website system is helpful as well. Appreciate the way you run your business guys!”

“July 3rd 2004 m & m Muffler replaced my starter and fixed my brakes! So fast and on the third before the fourth of July holiday. I was worried I couldn't get it in to work on it. I had the greatest experience. I had them replace my Muffler in the beginning of the summer and they did a great job too. I'll be a customer forever thank you.”

“Communication and operations are excellent. We needed new Michelin tires on our motorhome. Jason worked with me on the pricing that met FRVA's price. We set up a day and time that worked for both of us after he received the tires. Everything went perfectly. There's always a concern about getting the chrome rims scratched which is understandable with these big tires. Very happy to say there wasn't the slightest scratch anywhere! Just a great group of tire guys. If you're needing tires for an RV this is place. Thanks again Jason, you have a great shop.”

“Two Dodge dealerships in Indy told me that the transmission fluid in my Dodge Ram cannot be changed. That it is a sealed unit. Well, we know that was a bunch of bull. Got the transmission fluid changed and the radiator flushed. Mike And his crew Are honest and down to earth. Thank you JBK”

“I noticed an inner wheel seal leaking on a Friday at 1pm. I called the shop and he told me to call back in 30 minutes because they were at lunch and he didn't want to lie to me about getting to my truck. I called back and they said to bring it in. I dropped it off, got a call back an hr and a half later saying it was ready to be picked up. Picked it up and have been running it all week with no leaking anymore. Thank you Devol so much for getting me in short notice and getting this truck back on the road. I look forward to using the shop in the future!”

“Employees were fantastic. They communicated well and were professional. My only complaint is pricing. Not labor but parts. This is a ford thing not the dealership.”

“I called one morning to order a set of new tires. They were not in stock and they had to order them. Two were in within a couple of hours, the other two showed up early the next morning. Less than 30 hours later I was driving off with 4 new tires and and oil change. They were quick, efficient, kind and courteous. And I didn’t have to wait weeks just for an appointment and they even price matched an offer from Tires Plus. I would highly recommend!”

“Very professional and fair priced are the experiences I've had in the last 10 or 12 years of being an occasional customer. I feel Lebanon is very lucky to have a small business here in town that has the experience and doesn't have children practice on your car just to learn the advanced systems used today. Harley Lebanon Indiana. Thank You Mr. Weaver for a job well done!”
