“Edit Update: someone high up in the bank contacted me to discuss the issues I was having with the app and their progress in getting them fixed. It was very appreciated. They then followed up later when they believe the app bugs were all fixed to let me know it should all be taken care of and let them know if there are any future issues. The calls were appreciated.
Loved the bank until the new app went out. Now you never know exactly how much money you have in your account because it fluctuates on the app. Sometimes it includes pending transactions and sometimes it doesnt. So you never really know for sure if the balance is correct or not. Even a day without making purchases, it will fluctuate I assume from the purchases from the day before. Its so frustrating and bad. We are long time customers and are considering switching banks just because of the new app.”
