$6.47 for a burger, BOOOOO!!
$4 for a slice of pizza, BOOOOO!!!
Employees who always seem to not want to be there, making the experience even more unpleasant, BOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
The entire atmosphere is definitely not worth even going into the store anymore. Count me out, and count this store in as another place in Lebanon that is ruined by its own people..BOOO! 👎👎

I used to go to this Casey's all the time. I enjoyed the people who worked here and I enjoyed the pizza. But now the people I always see are just rude. Most look at you without acknowledging you or a simple smile. The worst is whoever the older woman with short blondish grey hair and glasses. She should not be in a customer service position. I don't know if she's this way with everybody but to me she just has a mean mug face and just stares at you. I say hello to her and she says nothing back. I tried to give her .11 cents so I could get an even dollar amount back to which she ignored me 5 times. Then finally she looked up pissed off and confused on the math. I always say thank you and she always ignores me. I will drive across town to the other Casey's or go to a different gas station from now on. Until there's upbeat happy people or at the very least that woman who clearly hates her job and possibly her life not working there. I don't know why I try to be friendly to her knowing everytime she rings me up she's just rude. If a secret shopper came they would for sure not like that type of experience that's for sure.

Was there to get gas on 11/26/2024 after seeing my Dad at the nursing home in Lebanon. Looked at my bank statement and was charged 10 times of $23.51! WTF
No receipt was available!

Was completely ignored when the window washing buckets are completely empty, all of them. Idiot manager said they would fill when they got around to it. We already have to do it ourselves I guess that now includes filling the window washing pails, guess we should carry our own squeegee. Hope she has the 2-star life she deserves.

This is one of the worst Casey’s I’ve been to. All the hot food machines are “out of order.” Gas prices are significantly higher here then compared to other gas stations in the area. The bathrooms are gross with no changing station for my daughter. This place looks run down and not taken care of. Save the time and go somewhere different.

I go to this Casey’s gas station once a week. I have only had great interactions with all staff. I went in this morning waiting for the donuts and the lovely women remembered me from last time and made my visit amazing!

We were in there last night we were the only folk around ? felt nervous as heck. We went in there and then we asked a lot of questions about eating places and that guy at the cash register was so freaking patient with us he was so nice we looked at the pizza and we asked questions and we end up leaving going across the street we walked over there into the restaurant we walked in there and we felt immediately like we were not invited and they just wanted us to leave and one of the guests gave me a really nasty look so after we found out they did not serve chicken wings we left. We went back to Casey's and let me tell you we felt good about our purchase whoever that young man was on April 17th 2024 whoever those two young men were that worked that evening shift I think they need to work there a lot more because they made us feel so welcome they made very like perfection pizza they were very nice they weren't lazy I just I'm impressed big time that's the best that we've been treated since we've been close to Illinois Indiana and I don't mind ever getting lost again and going back to that Casey's thank you so much for treating us like people and not a race not like we don't belong thank you for giving us making us great pizza and make it us feel welcome thank you so so so much.

Taco pizza, not impressed with this one. I grew up near the headquarters of caseys in Iowa. They would be disappointed with this representation of taco pizza.I even worked there while attending school making pizzasNever once in all my travels have I had green peppers on my taco. Now look at the massive chunks they threw on it.The whole idea of taco pizza is the chips, scare if even existent. No taco sauce in the box either. I'm so very disappointed.Also ordered a chicken (2 shredded pieces on the entire pizza), green pepper, and onion. How does a pizza go through the oven and come out raw green peppers? Shouldn't they be cooked with the other items in the pizza?This was 30.00 worth of pizza plus a 7.00 coupon. Pretty expensive pizza for such bad craftsmanship of pizza.
