They don’t answer the phone or return your calls. I really needed to speak to someone at this branch today regarding a time sensitive question about an account. I tried calling multiple times but no one picked up. I left a message but never heard back.

I have been a Huntington Customer Since at least age 19, I'm 26 now. Some experiences were good, other experiences definitely could have and should have been better. Huntington Bank as a whole is a good bank to do business with, this location just has some issues that need to be fixed.

They NEVER answer the phone and they dont call you back. They take foreeever in drive up lane and they refuse to help you with any of their online or moble application troubles.

This branch has made it very difficult for me for over a week. I lost my card and still havent gotten a new one mailed yet. They would not give me a temporary card and I cant leave work to go wait in line for 30min to withdraw money. You are better off calling their automated line if you want something done in a timely maner.

I have never had an issue with the staff or with the bank itself, Until Today.How are you going to close your lobby and expect to help hundreds of customers via drive thru? There was a line halfway around the block today and was not moving. I sat in line for over 30 minutes and it did not move once. If this is how your corporate office wants you to do business, I will be taking my business to another bank.Pathetic way to do business. Do you honestly think that making customers make appointments to come into your lobby makes you or them safer? If so, Whomever made this decision is a fool! Get a clue!
