I had a great experience at Midas Automotive Repair. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole process stress-free. They were very patient and lenient, taking the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure or upselling. It honestly felt like they cared more about helping me than just rushing through a job. The service was smooth, professional, and done with a great attitude. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this Midas location to anyone looking for quick and reliable work come here….. Taylor you’re welcome. Also ask for Thomas he’s goated.

Great work. Midas of Lebanon worked on my Nissan. Also did some work on my 1980 dodge. Good mechanics. I strongly recommend for my friends and families.

The staff was phenomenal! Very polite and courteous. Starting with Joel, When he greeted and assisted me. Can’t forget Taylor and Mike. They made sure I was kept informed and made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. Can’t say enough about the staff.

I used to come here and I trusted these guys. I have done a LOT of business with this store with my infamous Infiniti G37. I trusted Mike. He has always been knowledgeable and never steered me wrong. My brakes were going bad, so 12/3/25 I took it to the Midas in Lebanon and they informed me I needed a brand new brake booster and master brake cylinder. I was in disbelief as they quoted me $2800!!!!!!!! Labor $930 and two parts totaling $1638 shop supplies $60. This did not make any sense. Mike told me my master cylinder was leaking into my brake booster - so I took it to another private shop and they diagnosed it as a VACCUM LEAK! 1) if I was leaking fluid, the reservoir would be drained (it was full) looking into the diaphragm, it was bone dry. The issue was a vacuum leak. My private mechanic sealed the leak around the marriage spot between the diaphragm and master cylinder and wow, my brakes work again.
I cannot recommend this store anymore and I will ensure my friends and family are aware to avoid this store like the plague. They wanted $2800, I got it fixed for $50. Can’t recommend this place. I can’t respect Mike anymore and that’s what hurts the most.

Damaged my struts while putting in a rack and pinion. And they still refuse to pay for it so after the holidays I am filing a lawsuit. Feel like I was left with no choice. They refuse to pay for what they damaged.

Nightmare. They cracked my oil pan & then charged my way over inflated prices on parts & labor to fix the issue. Never be back at Midas & will recommend to everyone I meet not to use this place. Very bad service.
