“I noticed an inner wheel seal leaking on a Friday at 1pm. I called the shop and he told me to call back in 30 minutes because they were at lunch and he didn't want to lie to me about getting to my truck. I called back and they said to bring it in. I dropped it off, got a call back an hr and a half later saying it was ready to be picked up. Picked it up and have been running it all week with no leaking anymore. Thank you Devol so much for getting me in short notice and getting this truck back on the road. I look forward to using the shop in the future!”

“Initially, it was a challenge to get into contact with them, but once that was established, things worked out efficiently. If not for that, I would have given five stars.The staff on site was excellent to work with in resolving a complicated release. None of which was their fault. Including the aforementioned being hard to reach.We were much more concerned with our family member's recovery at the time.I definitely want to express my appreciation for how hard they went to avoid making it more complicated than it already was.The Jeep did her job and saved a precious life.
