“Initially, it was a challenge to get into contact with them, but once that was established, things worked out efficiently. If not for that, I would have given five stars.The staff on site was excellent to work with in resolving a complicated release. None of which was their fault. Including the aforementioned being hard to reach.We were much more concerned with our family member's recovery at the time.I definitely want to express my appreciation for how hard they went to avoid making it more complicated than it already was.The Jeep did her job and saved a precious life. “I had a flat tire on the side of the road and he came and got me within 10 mins and made sure I was able to get new tires at a great price and made sure I was taken care of the entire time. Even took me to the McDonald's so that I would be left at better place till my car was take care of! I've never had a great experience like this one! If you ever need a tow and assistance call this place!”
