I walked 3 hours to this store on Friday 1/26 due to my mother shutting my phone off and wanting the phone plan put in my name and not having a car, so I had no option but to walk. I spent over an hour talking to the two men in the store, they were really kind and helpful and they seemed to know what they were talking about. They told me the entire account was switched to my name, they even called my mother to verify.Turns out I wasted 7 hours total of my life, (6 walking back and forth, 1 in the store) because they did nothing but change the account password and address. Which I could have done at home.I'm now sitting on the phone with Verizon customer service to handle something I WALKED THREE HOURS to the store to handle.I'm extremely frustrated, have to work, and don't have time to be sitting on the phone with customer service to solve something I was told was solved.Don't waste your time going to this store.

My associate that I dealt with was awesome. He was patient with me and all my issues. He did an awesome job, but I forgot to get his name. But he has a nice pyramid like tattoo on his left arm.

I can't begin to say enough about Evan, an employee at the Verizon store in Lebanon, IN. He was so patient and helped me with my new phone far more than could EVER be expected!! Verizon is blessed to have someone with his knowledge and willingness to help their customers feel comfortable with their new phones!
