“Flora’s Auto Review
My wife and I recently purchased a Rebuilt Title Vehicle from Brad at Flora’s Auto.
The vehicle we purchased had been totalled in a flood and purchased by the dealership to restore and retitle, and I visited the business to examine and test drive the car. Greg Anderson was easy to talk to, communicative, and very positive. He let me inspect, with no pressure, and let my test drive the vehicle on my own. When I returned I had a few more questions, and Brad, the owner of the business, took some time to also address some concerns.
My wife and I have family that had purchased rebuilt title cars from Flora’s in the past, and had great experiences, but we were still nervous with the risk of buying a car that had been totalled in a flood.
Brad assured us of the quality and consistency of their work, but also understood the stress of taking on something we perceived as a risk would not be fruitful to us as a family and there was no pressure to buy the car if we felt it was not a fit for us.
Upon inspection by my wife when we came back together, she smelled a musty smell from the previous flooding event that my poor sense of smell couldn’t pick up. Brad assured that if we purchased the vehicle, and purchased a new carpet, he would have his business install the carpet for us.
After installation was complete, we picked up the car and it smelled brand new and has been a fantastic vehicle for our family.

“I was working on very niche project for a drivetrain on a BMW and first of all auto parts were the only ones to carry the lug nuts in the store but also had remove removal tools available for purchase or rent for axle. The manager was very helpful and helping us find the right parts and all the way through check out she couldn’t have been more kind.”

“This store has the nicest staff EVER. I am from out of town, I was lost, and I had no cell signal. One of the employees ,Alyssa, was about to leave work and was going in the direction I needed to be, she said I could follow her. I said great if you get me to the general area, I can find the place. She did more than that, went out of her way, and brought me exactly to where I needed to be. You don't get that kind of down home service much these days. If I lived in the area I would be regularly patronizing this store!”

“The garage has always been a good place to get a good oil change at a good price. The batteries for the car are good and usually last the 3 to 4 years they are rated for, the tires they carry are OK for off brand but you can order what you want.”
