My wife and I recently purchased a Rebuilt Title Vehicle from Brad at Flora’s Auto.

The vehicle we purchased had been totalled in a flood and purchased by the dealership to restore and retitle, and I visited the business to examine and test drive the car. Greg Anderson was easy to talk to, communicative, and very positive. He let me inspect, with no pressure, and let my test drive the vehicle on my own. When I returned I had a few more questions, and Brad, the owner of the business, took some time to also address some concerns.

My wife and I have family that had purchased rebuilt title cars from Flora’s in the past, and had great experiences, but we were still nervous with the risk of buying a car that had been totalled in a flood.

Brad assured us of the quality and consistency of their work, but also understood the stress of taking on something we perceived as a risk would not be fruitful to us as a family and there was no pressure to buy the car if we felt it was not a fit for us.

Upon inspection by my wife when we came back together, she smelled a musty smell from the previous flooding event that my poor sense of smell couldn’t pick up. Brad assured that if we purchased the vehicle, and purchased a new carpet, he would have his business install the carpet for us.

After installation was complete, we picked up the car and it smelled brand new and has been a fantastic vehicle for our family.
