The facility had a high barbed wire fence, coded entry and video cameras, and I never worried about the safety of my belongings. My unit was clean and dry and the auto billing feature worked flawlessly. Also, every time I called, my questions were answered, and the staff were very professional. “Highly recommend!! This is the BEST storage unit in Warsaw. It's located at the former ACE hardware and it was a brilliant idea ~ The floors are super clean, no humidity and climate control plus keyless entry all on your phone.
I don't have to worry about anything, totally stress free if you are like me and worried about your furniture having any issues in storage. Emma was SUPER nice to work with and very attentive. She was there to answer all my questions as you know moving can be stressful so she was a BIG help!!

“The attendant was super helpful and explained how to tell which machine to use based on your load. The place was clean and had some retro games to play. It was cold in there tho, so wear a jacket in the winter!”

“Staff were very responsive and helpful establishing the account and making it convenient to activate immediate access. I especially appreciate the ability to pay online. It was a bonus to get in on a reduced monthly fee with an introductory offer. The grounds are clean. Suggestion: format the spaces for a bit more width and create an electric gate access at the North Webster, IN location versus all manual (pad lock and opening gate by hand).”
