Penny really needs to stop pushing so hard for the cvs extra care for $10. She tried saying I'd get $10 off for having the regular care that's free then after her sales pitch said that's not what she meant.
No one wants to pay to be part of a loyalty program and especially no one wants to have to call to cancel.

Most of my complaints are with their new phone system, you can't speak with anyone anymore and with the bridge closed i have to go 10 miles out of the way to get there. Went to er this morning n a script was sent to cvs, get there and was told they didn't have it, that could have been to soon n check the app. Ok 7 hours later still not showing up on app and since the script isn't listed it won't let me speak with pharmacy. So I call er and they call cvs and call me back to tell me that cvs didn't fill it because it can be purchased over the counter. Well if your gonna do that you should tell the patients, this is the last draw, switching to a different pharmacy because I'm not driving 30 minutes each way every time I have to find out about a script since you can't get through by phone now. And if they thought they would get more money by making me buy it otc I have news for them, they lost money because if they aren't going to run it through insurance (which does cover it because I called them) then I am buying it elsewhere because they are the most expensive place to get anything.

I am grateful that CVS is a convenient UPS drop-off location and that they do not charge for this service

The CVS in Butler did not have our grandson’s prescription available until the next day. He was miserable with an ear infection. I called around and found it was available at the Leo store, which was closing in 25 minutes. Not only did they fill the last minute script but also stayed until I arrived! Thank you so much!

I made the mistake a few times getting my scripts filled here only because its extremely close to where i live .avoid this place if possible. They gave me a price of $124.00 for a 90 day supply of my bp med. They asked me as I inserted my credit card into the machine if I was cool with that and I said yes luckily for me my credit card got declined I had my wife call in and she got that same prescription drop down to $34 buyer beware of this Pharmacy caveat M tour that's Latin for let the buyer beware.......

Always takes way longer than it should to get just about anything done. Especially the Pharmacy which takes their sweet time.
