Clean, kept up well with plenty of areas for trucks and parking. Rates are reasonable and easy to set up an account. They actually have a dumpster accessable for use! Everything is available for online rentals, payments and when I have had to contact the office, they answered and took care of my concerns.

No bugs or mice in anything! Things were just as I left them and very happy with the service.

Continue to charge my card even though I have no longer am storing anything with them. Do not use them they are extremely predatory and do not respond to emails, calls, or through their online help portal. Police should look into this business.

Worst locker I’ve ever rented. Stored there due to COVID pandemic and needed to leave town. Came back to mice infestation and water damage to all of my stuff. Out of storing my whole apartment all that I could still use was the bed frame and futon frame. Everything else was ruined. When we called about the mice and water damage they said “that’s what you should expect from an outdoor locker.” They then told us it goes on our home owners insurance and basically thanks for your money not my problem. Do not rent from here, better to drive it to Hamilton or further if you have to for a better service.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had both with the units and the owner herself. The units themselves were deplorable. Bee hives, bugs, water damage, and mice were found inside the units. The owner told me that because it’s in oxford to expect mice because we are in the country. I highly suggest nobody ever uses these units. They have made life all that more difficult in an already difficult time. Very unprofessional and immature.
