Before they added their new phone message and hold system, I would have given them 2.5 stars simply because it was essentially impossible to get ahold of the schedulers.Now, though, they deserve 4.5 stars. There is much better service overall on the admin side. The vets themselves are also fantastic.

I have never had an experience where I felt the need to leave a review on anything, good or bad. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Took our dog in 3 times the past 6 weeks for respiratory and digestive issues to the point where she did not eat for days, had fits where she couldn’t breathe, and had diarrhea. Went in and seen Dr. Mike all 3 times (receptionist scheduled me for a Dr. McKenna for the third visit as I did not want to see Mike, but nonetheless he walked in anyways). He was very unsure of the problems at hand and offered no solutions, and prescribed meds that did not target any problems whatsoever. We just called today to tell the receptionist we need her original doctor (Dr. Lisa, nothing against Lisa, she’s been great), and the receptionist did not care when we voiced our complaint and told her our dog is now pooping blood, gave us attitude when she said “Mike is the only one here, otherwise you’re gonna wait”.Will NOT be going back again, and unless you want to have unsure vets treat your pets with receptionists who never answer the phone nor return calls or care about your pets problems, I suggest anyone else stays away!

Dr. Johnston and the team were able to see our yellow lab after hours for an emergency. He was able to calm her GI tract for the evening. Unfortunately, she passed away there the next day. We appreciate all of the compassion, expertise, and professionalism. We believe this is a top vet in the area. Shout out to Sherry (front desk) for her kindness and being so genuine.

I have to say this is a wonderful place to bring your pets we had to have a emergency c section done on my corgi yesterday no vets around where I live we open on Saturday so my friend vets here at this clinic and she called them for us they took her in and saved mom and 6 babies if I could rate this place higher I would I would give it a 100 because if not for them I would have lost mom an babies. I want to Thank You so much for the care that you gave us on Saturday, wish you would open a branch of your clinic closer to Spiceland Indiana. Again Thank You all so much. Teri Sparks

Grove is the best vet clinic around! The vets are compassionate & care about the animals. They also have the most affordable pricing around with quality care. Been going here for 10+ years.

The people here were the most caring I have ever seen. We had a 14 yr old Golden Retriever who had her hips go and was in pain. The vet we have always used told us we would have to wait a week to bring her in to be put out of pain. The Grove saw us that day and with such care took care of our loved family pet. God bless these kind people.

Grove Vet Clinic should be THE role model for all other veterinarian clinics! I feel so good that my animals have such a great place to go for treatment. They are so kind, caring and knowledgeable. And- they are very affordable!! Plus, they are reachable in emergencies! I have had a few pet emergencies in the past and the doctors always responded within 10 minutes! Can it get any better than this?! If only humans had this kind of care!! They are simply top notch!

Dr. Johnston and staff are great. We made the trip from Cincinnati to have our 2 year old briard neutered and was well worth it. Dr. J took great care completing the surgery, answered all of our questions, and went the extra mile to make sure our dog's recovery went well and was kept comfortable.
