And this gentleman named Harley was nothing but helpful very nice honestly just his respectfulness and everything is what made me switch from the other auto store when the price of the alternator was exactly the same. With that being said he gained a new customer that day. I am now an O’Reilly’s customer! O’Reilly’s sold me a bad refurbished alternator, when I took it back instead of just replacing it with another refurbished they gave me a brand new alternator at the same price of the refurbished. O’Reilly’s understands what it’s like as a regular every day person to need something and not be able to get it or get it and it not work so they do what they can to make it right and I will not shop anywhere else now.
