“Harley and Richard were absolutely outstanding. We came in because our Mazda 3 battery tested dead, and they walked us through replacement options with zero pressure. When we asked about warranties, instead of just selling us a new battery, they actually encouraged us to check where the old one was purchased so we wouldn’t spend money unnecessarily.
That advice saved us over $220 — we eventually discovered the battery was under warranty at Advance Auto and got it replaced for free. Most places would’ve just taken the sale, but Harley and Richard chose honesty and customer care.
Both the manager (Richard) and assistant manager (Harley) were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Their integrity and customer-first attitude turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Highly recommend this team!!”
