Picking up medicine for my mother when there were five people there and only us waiting to even notice us there. After that ordeal and waiting a certain amount of time they filled most of her prescriptions but forgot one. I was under the impression that her doctor probably dropped that prescription, but no they (doctor's office) told me that they had sent it along with the others. Went back to the pharmacy and was told that they forgot the one she needed that day before going on a trip. They finally gave me her medicine and now I have to find a way to get it to her. All of this after I personally took her to the pharmacy for it to start with.

I would I would recommend anybody that asked to not go to the CVS in Ligonier Indiana i Very unprofessional. The manager is more concerned about being on her earbuds on her phone Then she was helping a customer when she did help me she was just very rude unpleasant belittled me and made me feel like I was ignorant. The store manager was extremely rude with me last time I visited. I mean, she’s always snarky with me every time I’m there and I wish she’d just get fired already or move on. Every store in Ligonier I’m met with nothing but kindness except for this one.

One of the ladies who works in the pharmacy has no respect for the elderly, I have had to call twice now because of the way they treat my parents!! If you don't want to help people, find another job.

I've had several bad interactions with the store manager on the first one it was so bad I called corporate on her to report it and then the second I called the store on Easter to ask about hours she answered the phone and was so rude it was ridiculous and in the middle of me speaking she hung up on me no thank you nothing. I am disappointed and disgusted at the behavior of a manager and I want to know why corporate is allowing this kind of person to work for them. This is how you have people to not shop in that store located at Ligonier Indiana. If I get anymore attitude from this person she is going to see my rude side and then the cops will get called. I don't even know why after my first experience she was not fired because I could have sued cvs for a lot and I should have. This girl is not manager material at all and is not decent she needs fired period. Next time I will not be so calm

My daughter went in to get something and was made fun of by the employees there that were working. I called to talk to the manager and she verbally assaulted me over the phone and hung up on me. No apologies absolutely no indication of management material at all there’s no way that this lady should be Working there more less than Manager. She’s an awful person and deserves to be fired. Anyways, I’m talking to corporate about it now. Hopefully they will do something about this

Didn't have meds and made me call insurance to get override which I did, but didn't bother to tell me first they were out of stock, I had to call 4 different pharmacies and found one that had it. I understand you're busy but not good service to not do your job either

I never post bad reviews. But the experience I just had with the manager, Kim, was HORRIBLE. Within a 10 minute period she was verbally disrespectful to a young employee (who was doing a phenomenal job helping us and another customer) 3 different times. She then made eye contact with me, rolled her eyes, and shook her head as the young employee walked away. She was making it a point to belittle the other employee in front of customers.
I have seen numerous negative reviews on here regarding this manager in particular, and I think it is quite a bad look for CVS to have her “running the show”. If it was possible, I would give the manager a 0-star review. No human should ever treat another person the way she was.

my fiance went to simply pick up 1 box of child bandaids for our son about a week ago ?♂️ a female worker refused to let him leave the store and called the cops on him for "following her around" when he simply didnt know what isle the bandaids were and happened to enter the same isle she was in while looking for them. we then all went together a few days ago to pick up my medicine at the pharmacy. the same female worker gave us looks, followed us out of the store on her phone, and proceeded to point at us leaving while she was in her car. im convinced this lady is why we see so many cops at this cvs every week ?
