Kroger is a convenient, clean, and organized store that has everything customers need. Employees and cashiers are generally friendly, helpful, and cheerful, especially at the self-checkout, making the shopping experience enjoyable. However, one employee is noted as treating customers poorly. Some customers wish for the return of previous recipes for items like fried chicken and potato salad. While appreciated, the store is not conveniently located for everyone.
