I received the wrong persons prescription and had to make a second trip back to return it and get mine. This is after I had already tried to pick up this same prescription two separate times earlier in the week. The first time they didn’t have the refill and I finally had to call my provider. The second trip, they had to order and it still wasn’t delivered. One week, 4 trips, 1 phone call to provider and one wrong prescription later I finally was able to take my medication. Ridiculous and even dangerous.

Gave me wrong medicine and won’t refund my money because I left store before realizing it. I specifically asked cashier what meds and dosages before I paid and it was not right. Carelessness with medication is not something to be taken lightly.

The CVS pharmacy team continues to allow another individual to use another persons CVS care card... Customer service at the Corp. office has not done anything either to Resolve this problem... ID card number, address, email address, and telephone number has all been changed which has not resolved the issue either...

This is the second time in a month that I have had a horrible experience with this CVS. The staff is never the same so none of them know what is going on. They won’t communicate with me on why they aren’t able to get my sons medication, they tell me they have to special order it and it’ll be here in 4 days I wait go back they tell me they never received a prescription to even fill this med from my sons dr so the medicine never arrived on the order because it wasn’t ordered and advice I call his pediatrician. I’ve spent hours on the phone between the dr and the pharmacy and still the only thing cvs can recommend I do is choose a new pharmacy... the medication is not on back order and there is no reason for this. The pediatrician even called me back after she spoke with them and told me that, that was the oddest phone call she had ever had with a pharmacy and that they told her they couldn’t tell her what was going on.
