great experience from viewing pets on their website, to speaking with them over the phone, completing online application, thorough meet and greet. professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend. Delorean, now Ginger, was received clean and nails trimmed down. We are very happy with Ginger. Thank you

Always clean and friendly people. They take care of their animals very well. Make sure you donate some dog and cat food for them! This is where I rescued an abandoned pot belly pig and she is doing wonderful.

I’d like to start off by saying I completely understand the application process in terms of making sure the animals go to a good home. I first seen a cat on the website and came in to visit and the cat with that name tag was not the same as the one on the website it’s information like “ safe with kids, up to date vaccines” did not match what the website said. And on the website it said safe with dogs. However the lady reviewing my application said this cat hated dogs. I have three puppies that stay outside and I made it very clear that this cat would be inside obviously. Either way this cat would have had an amazing home and they need to make sure the info on the website and the stickers on the cage all match. I guess these people just didn’t want this cat to go to a good home.

Very helpful, they took in 3 newborn kittens and an exhausted mama I found in an old shed. The county I'm in was busy with the tornado, so extremely thankful to Greene county. From roomy individual crates for cats to a room with toys and community cats, it is nice for a smaller place.

Giving this a bad review because of the event today between 11:00 and 11:40. I had came in today to foster a dog to see if it would be a good fit for my home! I have 3 kids, a big yard, and a comfortable setting.I was told since my last foster, I was NOT allowed to ADOPT AT ALL! Clearly stated to me and my wife that if the dog was not a good fit to bring it back. This happened when I fostered Shiba, NOT ADOPTED (Who btw the staff lied to my face and said she was a Lab Mix with a unknown other breed,I got paper work on the dog that said she was house trained, and she was a Lab Mix/Pitbull) so they already knew what this dog was. Nor was this dog house trained. The dog was not a good fit for the home? So I brought it back? Ok? I mean what's the point of fostering a dog and getting told if it is not a good fit to bring it back only to get told that Im not allowed to adopt because of that? I dont get it. Thanks for wasting me and my 4 year olds time after I already saw a dog today, for them to tell me that Im not allowed to adopt AT ALL BECAUSE I BROUGHT BACK A DOG THAT DID NOT FIT MY FAMILY? Pretty low haha what a joke. Will not ever be back.
