Have lived here for close to 6 months and it’s been great, Very quiet place to live with a nice view of the ponds out front. Kim is also one of the better land lord i’ve had in my few years leasing homes. I appreciate her kindness and patience as a landlord overall she does her job. 5 stars is easy 👍
