I have been going to this boost mobile for years and the new lady there has been really nice to me but the owner is never nice. He threatened to tow my vehicle for stopping to try to pay for my internet there. I realized It was closed and went to buy food at another location. I will no longer come to this boost mobile. RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

We were falsely sold a phone for my 95-yr-old mother for a promised monthly rate that was untrue, and informed the next day we can't get a refund. I finally reached the manager and when I asked whether he wanted to be known for false advertising, his response was "any advertising is good advertising". Store personnel and online support are not willing to help resolve our issue.

My husband went in for just a SIM card. Mind you they are free through boost but we were in a hurry to get his phone since he lost his and works out of town. I know they charge 10 dollars for SIM cards there because I’ve called and even went in once and they told me my iPhone doesn’t need one. My husband isn’t technology savi but we are sick and he’s the only healthy one so he went. They talked him into a so called activation which would take about a min or so to insert imei number and new SIM card number. He asked about a phone case and they offered what would be a 5 dollar case and charged him 20 bucks along with 25 dollars for 2 mins of their lives. Leaving a whopping 57 and some change in their hand. ⚠️ Don’t recommend. Know your stuff before you go in there.

This place is a scam. They charge different people different prices for the same services and treat customers poorly. Literally hang up on customers and take advantage of people. Switching our carrier just bc of this store and its employees!!!! DON’T GO HERE!!!!

Won't be returning to this boost mobile store. 20yrs with Boost. And worst customer service. Even though I'm in the system to get an upgrade for my son i couldn't even just buy a phone there. BS. Because it's privately owned. Definitely will not be referring customers to this Boost mobile store. Lafayette In is better
