Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been contacting them since Monday it is now Friday. They keep lying saying they will call me back the same day with the answer to my question and never calls. I am simply trying to find out if a part has been updated. If they treat a customer like this imagine if you have a problem.

Carter m3150 fuel pumps are junk. After the 3rd one I put on failed I took it apart and the rod lever saws the diafram shaft in two after about 100 miles. I tried to post pictures and contact them but no success. Stay away from these pumps.

I called with a question about my CFS fuel pump and although the rep couldn't answer my question, he said he would have a tech call me right back, which they did within 5 minutes. I would recommend.
