If your order isn't right that's not thier problem... and don't you dare ask them to send the right order! They don't deliver, that's what your told... long time customer ended over asking them to fix my order. I couldn't drive to them, so I'm just out of my money! Rude woman working, and wasn't helpful at all. I do not recommend!

Ordered delivery and they gave me a small casey's chow instead of the large I ordered and only offered to exchange it at the store so i'd have to waste my time, gas, and money to do so instead of making it right and sending someone.

Looks amazing. Walked in for a drink. I live in the Monticello area, and the ladies here are soo much nicer. Lady in the kitchen said hello to me as I got a drink and the lady at the register was super nice! Was nice to walk in to where people don’t look like they hate their life or job. Very nice. 10/10

Traveling through the area and purposely stopped here for pizza, I will forever be hungry. So disappointed. Even more so because according to maps your kitchen should be open. ?

The cashier was watching me pick out the two pieces of pizza I picked out. I heard her make a comment about the guy that just walked in and that was me. The pizza was extremely spicy. It burnt my mouth it was so spicy. My stomach was also burning and I had heart burn all day. If you knew something was wrong with the pizza why was it alright for you to let me eat it. I think they need a visit from health dept. I've eaten a lot of pizza at other Casey's and it's always been really good.

If you don't deliver...TAKE THE OPTION OFF OF YOUR WEBSITE!!!! It said my choices were to pick up or delivery. I go through it all, and input card, send order off - says error in cart, try again...repeat. Finally called and I told him I kept getting an error saying item in cart changed for a delivery and he takes me through everything again and I tell him about address and he tells me ....we don't deliver. No Casey's pizza tonight. Really ticked off. No other pizzas half as good around here but at least they deliver.

I dislike people that are so prejudice....Just passed by the gas station an I didn't have my ID for a tobacco product when they carded me so I stepped aside for the next person while I wait for a friend to purchase it for me since they have their ID, the guy that was next ASK's for a tobacco product as well mind you he looks my age as well, she didn't even card him an right in front of me so I waited till she finished her transaction with him then right in front of them I told her she just did a [illegal] transaction an didn't even card him but wants to card me....How does that make sense....After I told her that was illegal what she just did, she got upset an said if I didn't like it to leave...Cards me but didn't card guy after me?♂️When asked to speak to a manager she answer I am the manager so if you don't like it you can leave..

Wanted to get a pizza but unfortunately they close at dinner & stop taking orders at 5pm when most of the world is off & wanting dinner. No big deal. Asked if they would sell me a whole pizza of slices since at 5:35 they had 3 whole pizzas for slice sale in the warmer. Was told I would have to pay $3 per slice for that. I wasn’t trying to get any deals I would have paid whole pizza price & offered to but not $3 slice. No one was rude about it but I doubt 24 slices were sold in 25 min & they aren’t allowed to make any decisions? location is also 50 cents higher per gal for fuel & smokes are never the pack coupon price same as non coupon ones & you can no longer get cash back ? kinda not a Casey’s imo. Not the workers faults at all.
