A bit overprice and the opening and closing times are not the best either.

The pharmacist, Brownell, went out of his way to save me money. It was easy to see that they were hoping busy, but he stopped what he was doing and spent close to 10 minutes working on insurance issues. It saved me $80. That is money I can use for food or other bills. I appreciate that he did this not knowing at the start of it would work or not. Others might not even try.

Highly dissatisfied with the way Krista Kuehl, the pharmacist at CVS treated my husband, we just moved to this area and have been using CVS in Alabama for over ten years and never once had a pharmacist treat us like we were trash because we couldn't afford a medication. I could hear her talking to my husband while I was on the phone with him looking over our budget and what we could afford. We declined the antibiotic because it was a “precautionary if needed†as opposed to the other item that was needed for current symptoms, and I heard her say “I'll never fill another antibiotic until this one is paid for†then proceeded to berate him and threw the medicine in the trash in front of him. My hubsand as always is super pleasant even when people are rude to him and of course responded politely as she continued her rant. I'm sorry ma'am our family could only afford one. I've turned down medicine, even premixed medicine at times and never received this type of treatment. I know it's not ideal CVS, but you should never allow a pharmacist with any degree treat others this way. I will never again use this CVS and I really hope she doesn't treat others who can't afford medication at the time this way.

I think cvs east is the best ever. I've been sick a lot and between Rob, Brandon and Pam, I'm always well taken care of.

The Pharmacy hours are not convenient closing at 9pm week nights or 6pm on Saturdays. And Sundays. In the event of an evening Run to an Er room ,having to have scripts filled you have to A. Do without meds or B. RUN TO KOKOMO! Things were so much better when you could go to the North 3rd store , that was opened 24 hours!!
