“I have gone twice to this U-Haul location, and both times I got exceptional, quick, and friendly service. Most recently, I returned at the end of a day of moving back to U-Haul with the problem that no charity in the community would accept an old twin bed headboard. It was still in the back of the truck, and I was going to have to drive the truck at extra expense to a far away dump to get rid of it. The U-Haul manager listened and then just volunteered to take the headboard off my hands and dispose of it for me. It kept my cost on my rental truck down and saved me so much hassle. This is the definition of above and beyond! Sometimes people still help when you really need them to.”
