Too damned expensive. $6.99 for a plain t-shirt. $3.99 for a small stuffed toy that was dirty. This isn't charity, this is greed.

My wife and I own a business that closes at 7. That leaves us very little time to get to the other side of town to shop. We arrived around 7:30pm (they close on Saturdays at 8pm). We were immediately greeted by a horrible smell an announcement which sounded like an old cranky woman yelling through the speakers about how the fitting rooms were closed and that the store would soon be closed. We weren’t trying on clothes so we dismissed it. However the announcements continued and were so rude and unprofessional. We also saw that they had locked the door and stopped allowing customers to enter at 7:40 because “they were closing in 15 minutes.” Again super unprofessional. At around 7:45 the announcer told us that we must get in line now because the store is closing. So I finished looking at those items and began to make my way to the front of the store where a line had already formed (only one cashier checking out customers. At least 3 employees working but not assisting customers at all.) While on the way to the front to check out the things we did find that we wanted, time was now 7:47pm the rude woman making all the announcements stated that if we were not in line to check out at this time, we would not be allowed to purchase any items. I immediately stated out loud that if I was not allowed to make my purchase that I would never shop at this location again, and finished walking to get in line where I was forced to wait for the single cashier to check out customers for another 5 minutes. We left the store at 7:54; another shopper left a minute later and they closed and started shutting off the lights at 7:55pm. How dare you treat customers like that!?! Especially when you are being paid as an employee through the generosity of people who willingly donated both monetarily and in physical goods. You wouldn’t even have a job if not for good people who not only donate but choose to custom you business. Each and every time we’ve gone to this location, the store has smelled poorly throughout. Tonight however even one of the employees said that the announcements’ content was crazy and he didn’t understand why they do it, but that this is how they do it so he warned me to obey what they said. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Whoever is the store manager at this location on Saturday April 19th, 2025 should be fired, and whoever was making the announcements (if not the manager herself) needs to be corrected and if behavior doesn’t change, fired. My wife and I will likely never return to this location again. Who wants to pay someone to be rude to them? Wish I could give this place 0 stars and whoever the manager is -100 stars. Horribly awful experience.

I've noticed a pair of shoes in the display case for a couple of weeks now for 50$ and tried to get them to come down a little bit with no resolve I don't think they should be able to charge that much for anything donated

Love the new store manager!! He's only been there a couple of weeks and you can already tell a difference. In the store and the employees. It's clean and the shelves are well stocked. He's fantastic with customers and models a community first attitude.

It's kind of a hit or miss with this Goodwill and it just depends on when they get more items in and that's the fun part of it, trying to find the really good items. I found a brand new shirt for $4.99 with some bling on it, love me some bling lol. The ladies who work here are always friendly.
I had to change my review from 3 stars to 5 stars because they had more items this time when I stopped in last week. But I was really happy to find this plaid skirt and I just saw the same skirt at Hot Topic and Spencer's which was way too much I'm sure, but this looks brand new and it was only $4.99. So now I have to lose one more pant size to fit in this... which is motivation and gives me something to look forward to wearing. 😍

I wish they didn't make everything so expensive!!! Make the prices fair for the stuff you get for free! It's bullshit to pay $8s or more for kids jeans, when I only buy alot of hand be down clothes for my kids to play in.

Store and carts are dirty. Everything is priced 5.99-6.99 they raise the prices depending on brand can be 20.99+. They write the price on the bottom of the shoes in permanent marker. You must have an ID available to use points. Cashier stated they do things differently than other goodwills as they are owned separately from Indy and surrounding goodwills. Sure shows. It’s sad. Won’t support them won’t be back.

Was asked to check out 45 minutes before closing. Cashier was kind but associates were sitting in wheel chairs up front playing on phones. Shouldn’t be rushed to get out when there’s nobody in the store

Tried to donate good clothes that no longer fit. We cleaned out our closets and have 5 bags. I drove up to the door. The man came out and said they were only taking two bags a person they simply don’t have the room. I said if you don’t have room for all them forget it. I can’t believe you turn down donations. I said I’m donating to another group who actually can use them. All I can say is Logansport Goodwill lower your prices and get that awful smell out of your store then maybe you could sell more and have room for more donations. I can think of at least two other places that will take my donations without a problem
