Don't ever purchase an online order through them. Ordered a trailer in January with a 4 week delivery. At 6 weeks I called to see if it came in. They said they would call back and let me know. Nope, lie, never called back. 2 weeks later I called back and they told me that they don't handle anything with online orders and to call RK Customer Service. Found that when the order goes through the store, that they send the order in. Well, they didn't do their job, so my trailer was never ordered or built. I repeatedly kept in contact with RK Customer Service. Just before Memorial Day, RK Customer Service found out that it had been sitting in Logansport for a few weeks. No, Logansport RK never called to tell me the trailer was in. I drove over the next morning, and just as I got out of my car, Jean-Ann was there puffing on a cigarette with a clipboard and said, "I wondered if anyone was ever going to come and get this." Since Logansport has never rung my phone, I replied, "Well, if anyone here knew how to use a computer or telephone, I would have been here months ago." As she stood over away from the trailer, she told me she needed for me to sign the paperwork. I told her that I don't sign anything until I see the product. Every panel, the 3 walls, tailgate and floor all had multiple deep dents and gouges through the paint and were rusting. All of the tie down points on the outside had the paint knocked off of them and were rusting. Then I went to the front and it didn't even have the articulating swivel couple on it, rendering the trailer useless. Jean-Ann told me all the gouges, dents and rust is normal. She also said that just because all of the pictures , videos, and description show and say it comes with the patented coupler, it doesn't mean it does. Her quote, "They show wood in the trailer in those pictures, but it doesn't come with wood." That arrogance from an incompetent egotist sent me over the top. I told her I am not accepting this junk trailer and to get me another. She told me it normally takes 6 months, though it says 4-6 weeks on RK's site and it said 4 weeks when I ordered in January. Nothing but lies from this woman. I told her well, maybe you can get me one by Christmas then. It has been 6 weeks and I just called RK Customer Service again today to find out where the replacement trailer is. Jean-Ann did not communicate anything to anyone and there is no replacement coming. I told RK Customer Service that there is no accidental mishaps here. People at Logansport need fired by week's end.

This Rural King location is where the old Walmart used to be located and it is massive compared other ones I have been in. I had forgotten how large the building was until I walked through the door! The inside of this store was very clean, well organized, and made it easy to find the department or section of items that I was looking for with the large, easy-to-read signs hanging above each area. While shopping, an employee saw us and asked us if we were finding everything we needed or if we needed any assistance finding anything, I can't remember exactly how he asked it but it was in a friendly and helpful manner, to which we informed him that we found what we needed and thanked him to which he said you're welcome. The cashiers were very friendly and helpful both of the times I have gone there recently. Their parking lot was clean and their flowers were beautiful and looked well taken care of from what I saw walking from my car to the store. I will definitely be visiting this Rural King location again in the near future for my gardening and other household, automotive, fishing, or other needs!

They're changing things out for spring, but still relatively organized. I was just at the RK in logansport and they had loads of seed potatoes, not so much in Kokomo. Guess I should've grabbed em in Logan. I did get some, but I was scraping the bottom of the barrel. Other than that they have a pretty decent store.

store itself is sufficient in keeping my dollars in the community. the parking lot apparently was built by children. whiplash at any speed is always a possibility. seems to have plenty of workers who ultimately would rather not work there or at least think that customer service is a thing of the past.

I made the mistake of taking my tiller in for a tune-up. They supposedly replaced the carburator (at least I was charged for it). TEN MONTHS LATER I showed up to pick it up because I had enough and now magically the transmission won't work and they can't get parts... But they could get a carburetor. No wonder the company is going under.
