Shell Animal Clinic is a very caring and pet-loving clinic with an amazing staff. The staff is extremely nice, knowledgeable, and truly awesome. They are conscientious with their care and go above and beyond for their patients. The doctor and entire staff are amazing people who love their job and treat pets as if they are their own. Pets love going there, which makes visits less stressful. The clinic provides efficient service with appointments scheduled so clients do not wait forever. Communication is great with mailed and texting reminders. The atmosphere is a five-star experience. Pricing is fair, transparent, and affordable with professional standards. The clinic has everything needed for rapid and accurate diagnosis and explains everything clearly. Parking is close to the door and the facility is easy to enter on one level. The clinic is highly recommended.

I love everyone there. Dr Bickett has helped with so many issues I've had with pets and been there when I had to say goodbye to a few. I don't think I could find anyone with more compassion for pets.

Dr. Bennett is very good with his patients. We've had several emergency issues and they made room for us . We won't go anywhere else.
