I don't like people to be dishonest ! My situation, arrived at pickup by 16:45, was told my pickup it's scheduled at 18:00 and it will be ready by that time...18:00 was told 5 minutes should be ready, after 15 minutes another escuse, it's 18:30 still waiting after 3 times was told within 5 minutes is going to be ready...just be honest from the beginning, we are not ready until this time !!! And I will understand, but don't play with words, it's a disrespect...???????18:45 and I see finally that is getting ready ??
