The owners are friendly and offer great quality meat and craftsmanship. They provide many services, such as butchering your own animals with a speedy turnaround time, or purchasing meat in bulk. The beef is excellent and they also have pork, sheep, goat, and chicken seasonally and by request. They are very helpful going over cut sheets and asking specifically what you would like for cuts and quantity. The price is reasonable for what you get. Everything is well packaged, neatly packaged and labeled, and very nicely shrink wrapped. The cuts are very uniform and everything is impeccably organized. They put it all in boxes, making it easy to take home, fill the freezer, and easier to manage compared to others. The experience is extremely refreshing and the best at a butcher. Customers are excited to have received their order and would definitely recommend this butcher for future butchering needs.
