We have banked with Centier for many years, Lowell branch is the absolute best! We live in Valpo and I refuse to go to any branch in Valpo unless I absolutely have to! They are always so rude in Valpo but not in Lowell! All the ladies in Lowell are nothing but helpful, polite, smiling, friendly, and most of all just down right pleasant to deal with! They are currently doing a very nasty remodel there it is very loud, cramped, and nothing to look at. But do you think it stops them, heck no! They act like nothing is going on! Those ladies need a giant raise! Anyone who can tolerate that all day and still smile is an employee you do everything you can to keep!

This bank has excellent customer service for it to be a small business bank only location throughout Indiana, only thing I hated was the small drive through but other than that the customer service was past amazing.

The employees were pleasant to talk to and very helpful. I have been going there as a bank customer for seven years now. I’ve never had a problem my wife did and they went to work fix the problem immediately. Again I’ve never had any problems there And it has always been pleasant when I went there.

well as of today I'm not sure to recommend the Lowell facility. Customer service in the drive through is very slow. the line is across the street into the restaurant parking lot. they need to be a little bit more speedy when dealing with no inside service. this is absolutely ridiculous. please workers, think about us clients being so very frustrated sitting here waiting. open your 4th lane and serve us

If you accidentally bounce a check, they charge a total of 70 dollars and send check back unpaid. I hate Centier bank. No breaks for loyal customers.

I've been an account holder for about 7 years. The service only gets worse and worse. I asked for a overdraft fee refund- one time in 7 years- and was told no. Are you serious? If you people need $35 that bad, I don't want to bank here. And if Centier allowed auto-transfers from Business to Personal checking accounts, this wouldn't be a issue.
