This Branch sucks ATM is never functional

As stated by other reviews, this ATM at this branch is ALWAYS under repair, so it can't take cash, checks, or better yet. Today, it looks like someone forgot to put it back in ATM mode. They don't have an inside ATM like most Chase banks either. I'm never wasting my time to stop her again.

ATM is ALWAYS and i mean ALWAYS out of order or being worked on. Don't come here to grab cash unless they're open and you want to go inside.

I needed to get statement documents to my financial advisor right away. I walked in and Emily assisted me right away and called the 1-800 number like I asked. I didn’t have to jump through hoops to get her to understand my situation. She was polite and very helpful.

This building is awful the drive thru is old my suv can't even reach the machines they are so low. The ATM is always broken worst Banking Building needs major updating.

They have no idea what they are doing there. Waited in line just to get change. They could not even cash a man's check right shorted him 1,100. Could not even give another man cash for his check. Was in line for 20 minutes. Two man In front of me. Never again. Crown point so much better. Do u know you have too have account just to get change good thing I did . How stupid.

the atm just completely ate all of my money, then shut down, said it couldn’t deposit it, and then didn’t send the money back. ate $207

We had a woman named Kim who helped us tremendously. We had to do alot of changing things around and she was great to us. Great service, happy to use this bank.

Opened a savings account on the app, tried to add my husband as per the online instructions but couldn't do it. Called our local branch and a gentleman said I would have to come to the branch during regular hours to add my spouse. A few days later my husband and I find a day where we are both free for an hour, few and far between, and meet at the Lowell Chase bank. We go in, it's very quiet and only one customer in the building. We inform the teller why we came and she tells us we need to make an appointment because they are too busy...really....there's no one even in this place? I see six employees...three of which are talking to each other.... ridiculous. Needless to say we were turned away. Will not be returning to that branch. If we needed to make an appointment we should have been informed when I called the first time.

I've been very happy with my experience at this Chase Bank. The tellers and managers have been exceptionally helpful and kind at every visit.
