I can't say enough how professional and compassionate the staff was in walking with us as our 17 year old Aussie crossed the rainbow bridge. Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion during a very difficult time. ?

This place is amazing! The vet who seen my dog was amazing! I took my dog to an emergency vet at 3am. We received no answers and was upset when leaving. We went to Lowell and it was a very little wait, the vet was super informative and really cared. The techs were also wonderful. I will definitely go back.

Lowell Animal Hospital is the best vet in the area, hands down. Everyone there was kind and friendly, and did everything to make my skittish dog as comfortable as possible. We saw Dr. Bochnowski, and she was so informative, knowledgeable, and helpful; I learned more about my dog in a short time with her than I have in all the combined time spent with other vets we've seen.Furthermore, their pricing is very reasonable, and they are upfront and clear about it.

The staff at Lowell was very friendly, and I never felt rushed when they were answering my questions. The office is beautiful, clean, and up to date. Don't miss out on visiting their pet supply store next door that offers grooming and walk in nail trims!

The Vets, Front Desk Staff, Techs and Kennel Staff are so compassionate, friendly and caring from the time you walk thru the door to checking out! Nice to have a walk in clinic….. appointments, of course, for dental and surgeries! The drive thru pharmacy is a highlight of the new clinic! Highly recommend!

Love that this hospital is walk in based and that I can check in on the app to minimize in lobby wait times. All the Dr.'s are compassionate and listen to my concerns with my pet. The new building with the drive through pharmacy pick up window is perfect to swing on by and pick up my pets meds and/or preventatives. We will be a life long clients. Thank you LAH ?

The care that you receive as a parent of a fur baby or a fur baby is fabulous. I would recommend them to anyone

We noticed a red bump/wound above our dogs rear paw. Not knowing if this was a bite of some kind or if it was serious we tried to get into a veterinarian close to where we are staying and they either weren't accepting new patients or were booked. One vet that we called recommended the Lowell Animal Hospital. I called and was advised that they did not take appts as they were a walk in clinic. We drove a half hour and when we arrived the parking lot was pretty full. I went in and checked in, leaving our dog in the air-conditioned car. After checking in, I was able to wait outside in yhe car with our dog. After what I thought was a reasonable wait time, I received a call advising me to come to the north door. We avoided taking her through a waiting room full of people and dogs, which was great. The staff were all friendly and professional. Dr Grosch determined that it was a histiocytoma and not serious and it should clear up on its own in a few months. I returned our dog to the air conditioned car and returned to the reception desk to pay. The fees were very reasonable the staff were all friendly and professional. This will be our go-to vet when we visit home. Highly reccomend Dr Grosch and the Lowell Animal Hospital

This place treats my dog wonderfully. I love being able to go when my schedule permits and I don’t have to try to make an appointment. Everyone there from the receptionist to the techs are just awesome.

Very friendly and compassionate when we had to put our pup down. They sent a thoughtful card after and showed they truly care. The wait time can be long otherwise I would give 5 stars

LAH staff & Doctors have always listened & discussed our dogs needs & concerns all the time anytime. The dogs were comfortable coming in & always greeted. We had 1 dog that has seizures that they monitored & led us in the right place (Purdue) for further testings. She is being takin care of with meds. The other dog had a lump on throat they biopsied & will be further evaluated at this time. However, the Doctors would call & advise of what would need to be done in the best nature of the dog. I have nothing but praise for them all!! I have referred them before in an emergency situation that they saved the life of a small dog chocking. She is doing fine as well!! So that being said LAH is great for your animals & the best bedside manner!!

My cat Salem recently passed away in the middle of the night. We called first thing in the morning, they were so compassionate, caring, and helpful. When we brought him in for services, Angela helped us and went above and beyond. The comfort we received from her simply by being human, and being so gentle, was something I won't soon forget... It really is that level of service in such a time of stress that makes this a vet hospital I will go to forever. Thank you so much for being so amazing during our hardest moment. Choose Lowell Animal Hospital. You won't be disappointed. ??

Our puppy was taken to LAH for eating something that was under our pool deck. He was suffering from paralysis and temporary blindness. Their practice does not take appointments so the wait times are extremely long causing undue stress to the animals waiting to be treated. I was told by Dr. Heather Grosch that she did a quick exam saying our dog was fine and to watch him. She was the only doctor there for a packed waiting room. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! That visit cost us $300+ with NO answers! My dog was NOT FINE. Absolutely horrible care. He has now received life saving care at a University Hospital 90 minutes away. Thank God they care and did the testing required to determine what happened to our puppy. They are building a multi million dollar facility next door to their existing practice. Come to find out that they are adding one more vet! Mismanaged and uncaring. So done with this place!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lowell Animal Hospital. Dr. Wise and all of the staff were incredibly compassionate when we had to put our 17 year old dog down. Even though he was so old, we were not expecting to have to do it the day we went in, but Dr. Wise definitely made me feel like I was doing the right thing for him.I had both my two and three year-old toddlers with me, and their staff made it a very beautiful experience for all of us. They brought in chocolate raisinets and other treats to feed him while we said goodbye, and when it came time to put him down, one of the techs came in to help them make goodbye letters to distract them from what was going on. They gave us a little bottle with a bit of his fur and recently sent a very sweet condolence letter. The care we received was amazing and I recommend them without reservation.

I was having some issues with my dog and called and spoke with Janet, I asked if I needed to bring him in or if he just needed some antibiotics. Before I was even done asking my question I was hung up on, called back to finish asking my questions and spoke with Janet again, just barely got finished asking my questions and was hung up on once again. In both of the phoneconversations I wasn't told have a nice day or anything related which is just common courtesy. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I felt this was necessary. I understand places get busy but if someone is trying to figure out the best care for their pet maybe try to spend a few more minutes helping them. I will not be bringing my dog back because of this, due to the fact I don't feel like his health was at their best interest here and I feel like they just wanted my money.
