Recently went into facility in lowell, we've been going there for years. My son is incapacitated n can't get in for a new exam, broke/loss glasses hasn't any contacts as backups. I asked if they could just issue a new set of contacts for him until he's able to come for a new exam/script. The young lady eye specialist refused to do that , i ask Please just a temporary set. She still refused, leaving me with only the thought of Moses greed, lack of caring of a decade long family customer. Even in an emergency situation, no care at all. There's 4 family members whom have been going there, Well that'll stop today. We'll never step foot in that facility ever again. The rude/arrogance of this person was not professional at all.

Had to go back 3 ties for an arm falling off the the glasses. They did repair them and did a good job the first two times. The third time they were going to replace them but failed to tell me that I needed to bring in the broken pair because the were inserting the old lens into the replaced frames. Then They were upset because my grandaughter had lost one of the arms (ear pieces). It wasn't the issue the ear piece was missing. It was the condescending manner in which the clerk spoke to me that rally ticked me off. These glasses were for a fith gader. They did replace the frames without the ear arm, giving me a strict warning that from now on I would have to have all of the parts to make good on the warranty. I should have asked if that meant the 0-64 screw that was lost also in the process. I used to go to midwest eye care but they went out of buissiness and Sheila bogart retired. I am looking for another optomitrist but I am definately not going back to moses for my glasses and may not take my grandaughter back there again either. Oh and Two days later the school found the earpiece. I am delivering to them today. Just because.

Paid for my glasses in full. I thought so get a bill in the mail for $384.00. They said they under charged me ! Not my fault. Manager says she can't do anything. I guess this is how they make money! Company motto under charged then send new bill saying we made a mistake . PAY UP!!

Made an appointment for son and I and received call a few hours prior to scheduled appointments and was told mine was cancelled accidentally and they gave it away. I already arranged this time off work. My only option given by staff was to sit there at time and hope they could fit me in as well which I declined. Highly recommend Wink eye care as an alternative. Very efficient and organized unlike my experience with Moses.

I had made appointment for 4pm. Walked in a couple minutes before 4pm. Bigger lady at front desk told me I was late to my appointment and that time changed to 3:45. Told me to reschedule and that she couldn’t get me in for my appointment because I was past the “15 minute window”. I never got any appointment confirmation. Blamed the situation on me, very unprofessional and argumentative people. Went down the road to Wink Eye Care, and they got me taken care of same day. Now can see 20/20, and don’t have to worry about troubles that very bad vision cause anymore.

My first experience with Moses was a disaster. I was sold inferior frames that would not fit the wrongly cut lenses. After returning to the Lowell office 3 different times and your technicians trying to force bad lenses into 3 different sets of bad frames, I gave up on Moses. Bad service with cheap products. I'll not be returning to Moses.

The doctors are great. Everyone is very friendly. They aren't great about answering the phone but, they do always call back. Today I called because the arm broke off of my daughters glasses and they are nice enough to repair.

Doctors are good but I had a problem with deceptive pricing. I ended up paying an extra $159.00 after I had already paid my bill. They gave me a detailed account of why it happened so I paid it but it was still deceptive and very disturbing.

Very pleasant experience! They came to the rescue just before closing time, I happened to had broke my frames while on the job and away from my local optometrist, they had me in and out in less than 20 minutes with a new set of frames. Excellent customer service.Thank you Moses!
